- Initial Evaluation: In-depth virtual analysis of movement patterns and capacity (i.e. mobility, flexibility, and stability) and relation to client’s overall goals. Nutrition, recovery, and environmental factors will also be assessed.
- Personalized Monthly Programming: Individualized to fit clients’ goals, needs, and schedule. Video links to exercises will be included.
- Nutrition Consult and Planning: Tips on pre- and post-workout nutrition, finding accurate macronutrient and caloric intake calculations to reach your goal and fit your lifestyle.
- Weekly Check In’s via Text or Email
- Monthly Call for Reevaluation, Goal Setting, Q&A
OMNI ATHLETE
WHAT IS INCLUDED
$249/Month
- Initial Evaluation: In-depth virtual analysis of movement patterns and capacity (i.e. mobility, flexibility, and stability) and relation to client’s overall goals. Nutrition, recovery, and environmental factors will also be assessed.
- Needs Analysis: Sport specific to ensure the physical demands are met by the athlete through training strength, conditioning, mobility, and relevant skill work.
- Personalized Monthly Program: Built to improve athletic performance. Includes: strength and conditioning, speed development, force production, injury prevention, body composition, etc. Programs will be constructed to match phase of season (preseason, postseason, offseason, in-season) and will allow for proper recovery and peaking of strength and power at the correct time.
- Nutrition Consult and Planning: Tips on pre- and post-workout nutrition, finding accurate macronutrient and caloric intake calculations to reach your goal and fit your lifestyle, and proper fueling for before or after competition.
